Septic Repairs

The primary cause of septic system failure is the lack of proper septic system maintenance and by hydraulically overloading the septic tank. Sometimes this results in the liquid effluent not being able to get out of the trenches in the septic field to drain way into the surrounding soil as fast as the dwelling generates the sewage.

Large amounts of small particles of sewage entering into the drain field can then plug up the pores that are located around the granules of soil. This effectively reduces the amount of water allowed to exit the trench and disperse into the soil. The sewage water will then either back up into the tank and then the house or will come to the surface in the yard.

Standard repairs to the septic field depend upon how your current field is constructed. If it is built with tiles it will need to be replaced entirely, but if plastic pipe was used we can clean it provided there is no damage to the existing pipe.
